Stage 1 ECU Remap File
Stage 1 optimises the engine-management maps only (fuelling, ignition, boost, torque limits) without touching the mechanical hardware. It is the most requested and lowest-risk level for workshops.
What does it change?
Depending on the vehicle, fuel quantity and injection timing, ignition advance, boost targets and torque limiters are redefined. The scope depends on the ECU family, fuel type and original software version, which is why every file is built from the vehicle’s own original file rather than a generic template.
Who is it for?
Healthy, well-maintained vehicles running stock exhaust, turbo and cooling hardware. The mechanical condition (service history, injectors, turbo, airflow sensor) directly affects the result, so a pre-check by the workshop is recommended.
What you receive
You upload the original file, our engineers prepare the modified file, and after quality control you download it from your panel. Revision requests are handled on the same order.

- Does Stage 1 require hardware changes?
- No. Stage 1 is prepared for stock hardware. For added hardware (exhaust, intercooler, turbo) consider Stage 2 and above.
- How long does delivery take?
- Most orders complete within minutes to a few hours, depending on the ECU type and current load. You see the estimate in your order details.
- Which tools can I write it with?
- Files can be used with common read/write tools (e.g. AutoTuner, KESS3, Flex). Supported protocols are shown per ECU when you order.
